We open with a short - VERY SHORT - welcome to the newsletter and how this is a place to help her clarify and meet her life goals … to help her realize that she’s got this. Each newsletter would have a theme and we’d lay out that week’s theme right here. For example, networking | time management | conquering the impostor syndrome | managing money | setting priorities | battling the negativity | connecting with community.

We’ve got your back
Here’s where we’ll do an original interview with an expert – someone in our Cru – who can share wisdom on whatever might be our theme of the week. This would be actionable advice, “news you can use,” recommendations she can start implementing immediately, with links.

Box for text / A seamless paragraph with links to three to five stories. Here’s where we’ll curate content from the previous two weeks that is relevant to her – on workplace, community, time, money, and psychology. As much as possible, we’ll pull content connected to that week’s theme.

Who would you invite
to your dinner party?
We highlight a member of The Cru and hear who she would like to have dinner with and why … and then include a recent inspirational quote/social media post from that celebrity/newsmaker, e.g. Michelle Obama, Oprah, Beyonce.
We try to connect the quote to that week’s theme, if possible, and try to reframe the wisdom as a quick takeaway action that women of The Cru can implement in their lives.

Exhale!
We end with something inspirational, funny, moving that makes her feel good and lets her take a break for a second from everything around her and realize that, “Yes, I can do this.”
